The Court is seeking well-qualified applicants for a regular Pro Se Law Clerk in our Fresno courthouse. The incumbent will support U.S. Magistrate Judge Stanley Boone and U.S. Magistrate Judge Erica Grosjean by conducting extensive legal research and writing on immigration related habeas corpus petitions and a wide range of other matters arising in federal litigation. The incumbent will also assist both judges with preparing for case-related hearings, conferences, trials, and caseload management.
