U.S. District Judge Kirk E. Sherriff is seeking well-qualified applicants for a Pro Se Law Clerk position in his Fresno chambers. The position is part of a group of positions that have been authorized to assist the Court with a large increase of immigration-related habeas corpus cases. Though clerks hired for this position will partly handle immigration-related habeas matters, they will also be expected to perform the duties of a typical law clerk across a wide-range of subject matters.
