What You Will Be Doing:

The Trulite Plant Maintenance Technician I is responsible for maintaining plant manufacturing machines and production equipment. Ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment by:

• Performing mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Performing regular preventative and predictive maintenance (PM) on all facility machinery, and equipment.
• Perform plumbing and facilities maintenance.
• Communicating/collaborating  with operators and fellow technicians to minimize downtime.
• Resolving problems using working knowledge to identify root causes.
• Recommend improvements using new technologies, ideas or techniques to improve operations and production of quality products.
• Communicate effectively in a bilingual work environment (English/Spanish).

Skills You Bring:

• 4–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience (glass industry experience is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient during equipment breakdowns or urgent situations.
• Solid understanding of production equipment, machinery, and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CMMS software.
• Comfortable using two-way radio communication.

Note: This role includes coverage responsibilities for fellow technicians, and weekend shifts are part of the schedule.
